We have established DE&I policies and procedures in place as well as affinity groups for people from minorities to come together, raise awareness and petition the company for positive and meaningful changes.
We hold regular educational sessions on unconscious bias, neurodiversity and inclusion, have days dedicated to the varied cultural backgrounds within our team.
Equality requires action, and we offer apprenticeships to give people from under-represented groups easier access to professional work experience and mentoring in our industry.
